I've had an inginual rt side hernia for about 8 months. About 7 months ago I began following hernia bible advice. I wear the truss, following most of the nutritional advice and did the recommended excercises daily for about 4 months. I did not notice any change. About 3 months ago I went to a certified pilates instructor to confirm I was doing excercises correctly. She said I was and she told me they are pre-pilate excercises. She gave me other pilates excercises to do and advised I take classes. I took pilates classes 2 times per week 1 hour sessions. After about 2 months of these classes my hernia seemed to be getting alittle worse so I stopped taking the classes and it seems alittle better. Does anyone have any advise for me.
Any help will be apprecited.
